Mind is the entry point to the Magnus Mind ecosystem. It presents the Mirror, Mosaic, Sprint, Connect and Atlas applications and routes you to them.
Identity, sign-in and accounts are managed by Magnus Core. Each application processes the data required for its own features and has its own documents. Mind has no access to the applications' private content.
Unauthenticated visitors: the chosen language and, only if you accept, Google Analytics usage statistics.
Authenticated users: after signing in at Magnus Core, Mind receives and keeps, only in a signed session cookie in your browser, the account identifier, name, language, roles, permissions, active organization, license and enabled applications. This data is used only to show the greeting and the applications you can access.
Mind keeps no database of its own with personal data. On each visit, product access is checked again with Magnus Core.
Technical security logs (sign-in, sign-out, errors) contain no email, account identifier, tokens or application content.
When you sign in or open an application, you are sent to Magnus Core, which authenticates and authorizes access. Access codes are single-use, expire within seconds, are validated on the server and are never sent to analytics tools.
Mind exchanges data only with Magnus Core, for authentication and access checks. Mind does not send data from one application to another.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google receives browsing data without account identification, without URL parameters and with an anonymized IP. This service may involve international data transfer.
The session expires within 8 hours or when you sign out. On sign-out, the session cookie is deleted and the sign-out is propagated to the ecosystem by Magnus Core.
Since Mind stores no personal data on its servers, account deletion, anonymization or merge requests are carried out by Magnus Core and the responsible applications.
You may request access, correction, portability, deletion and information about the processing of your data. For account data, use the Magnus Core process; for each application's data, that application's channels.
You may withdraw analytics consent at any time in the Cookie Policy.
